The hardest thing for me to get past is the "it has to be perfect" syndrome and just let it rip.My Agapic Lifehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10695746463173919241noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2460005.post-88948416228090358652017-09-05T12:40:17.418-07:002017-09-05T12:40:17.418-07:00Can't say I've ever written a book, but I ...Can't say I've ever written a book, but I have put together a course for college students and noticed that the '5 second rule' was by far the msot effective for me.

For me it was the small sparks of inspiration I'd get when I'd notice a trend in problems students when have. I'd get a nice boost of energy and usually be able to crank out a lesson that addresses the issues students would have with a certain concept. The course really ended up being a series of those mini lessons compiled together.

On the other hand, it was painful to try and write something without some sort of inspiration or idea to get me there. Getting those small bits of feedback really proved to be essential.T1WShttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07511986618954746220noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2460005.post-56698339372855765462017-09-04T19:50:35.143-07:002017-09-04T19:50:35.143-07:00Marcio,
Glad you've enjoyed the Blitzscaling ...Marcio,

Glad you've enjoyed the Blitzscaling content that is out there. Just wait until the book comes out!Chrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00927628412285314176noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2460005.post-3811838700338454862017-09-04T12:56:12.140-07:002017-09-04T12:56:12.140-07:00I was surprised how you end up your post with the ...I was surprised how you end up your post with the practical cases you have pointed. I can certainly see, now, how the environment plays a role in it. It is pretty amazing how you have touched a point that I believe will be better apparent as writers and collaborators unfold better the phenomena of self-collaboration that writers, designers, and developers yet struggle with.

People always refers to places of inspiration, to moments to catch an idea, and so on. I think this will be certainly unveiled in new ways in the future. Think of Whatsapp — we don't have a way to thematize a group moment. Think in a word doc — you can't change really its "mode of operation". Google Docs is always in the same mood. And you touched it well too when you referred to the coffee shops of Palo Alto. Distraction is part of such story too.

To summarize my story, against Blitzscaling, I will throw bullets:

* Watched all
* Started translating
* Asked permission to push some subtitles
* Started to see new things
* Moved from subtitling to citing/quotations database;
* Started clipping the videos (meta-links to video position)

Now I am much aligned as an entrepreneur and also my platform looks cooler — aside from being a business for real. I have established an amazing personal board, I have quotations of who I want of your repository. It's amazing.

Marcio
Upcoming FastClip.net, thanks to Blitzscaling.
Marciohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18044532929488706543noreply@blogger.com
